Who were the Two Powers in WW1?
In the early 20th century, countries started making alliances, to avoid attacks by other countries or nations. There were two groups in WW1. There was the Triple Alliance, which consisted of Austria-Hungry, Italy, and Germany. There was also the Triple Entente, which consisted of England, France, and Russia. But in 1917, Russia had a communist revolution, and they dropped out of the war.
